CONTINENTAL Winter Tyre ContiWinterContact TS 850P 245/70 R16 107 T - D C 72 B

Description

The top-of-the-line CONTINENTAL ContiWinterContact TS 850P tyre range developed for luxury saloons and high-performance SUVs is characterised by a high-performance S-GRIP profile model with numerous blocks and longitudinal sipes. The effect of this technology of this type of winter tyre is extreme traction on snow when accelerating both in a straight line and in corners and a high level of safety. PrecisionPlus technology is a new groove concept and brings extra grip and handling on any type of surface. The ActiveBand structure, an interlocking system of the tread structure, guarantees very short braking distances due to the increase in the contact surface during braking on wet roads. Thanks to the PowerSipes concept, stiffness is better and the sidewall enjoys a new look. This new model of Continental tires represents the new generation of precision from the great manufacturer. The interrupted structure with linked blocks together with the numerous rigid blocks of the directional circumferential rib create a wiper effect, thus increasing grip and reducing the level of aquaplaning in rain weather for this tire model. The side-facing blocks and grooves automatically create a high density of grippy edges, retaining an optimized amount of snow in the sipes and in specially constructed spaces, thus creating snow-snow friction and maximizing grip on snow. Good handling in the rain is ensured by the amplitude and variation of the sipes and their depth in the shoulder area. In October 2014, the sports magazine AutoBild tested several tyre models in size 235 35 R19 V with the help of a BMW M 135i. The rating for the Continental ContiWinterContact TS 850P was EXEMPLARY TYRES. The tyre manufacturer CONTINENTAL is guided by the principle that it will not compromise on the quality of the tyres it manufactures. Because quality will always
