GOODYEAR Ultra Grip Performance G1 235/55 R20 105 V XL B C 72 B Winter Tyre

Description

UltraGrip is the surname given to Goodyear's winter tyre portfolio. To date, a total of 60 million UltraGrip tyres have been sold since the name was first inscribed on a tyre sidewall. In 2015, the next-generation Goodyear UltraGrip Performance G1 UHP directional profile tyres were launched on the market, which provide excellent grip and high handling performance in all winter conditions, excellent braking distance on snow, reduced risk of aquaplaning and an optimised tread for wear. The technologies used ensure the performance of these tyres. With Goodyear SnowProtect Technology you benefit from shorter braking distance when it matters most, hydrodynamic grooves help evacuate water away from the contact surface to reduce the risk of aquaplaning and improve traction on melted snow, and with Tread Optimal Performance Technology you have an optimised wear indicator you can rely on. The tread pattern is characterized by two circumferential grooves connected by a system of oblique transverse grooves and longitudinal grooves, a wide circumferential strip consisting of multiple blocks arranged in a V and furrowed each by 4 longitudinal zigzag grooves and flexible shoulder blocks due to the struts existing on their surface. In addition, the manufacturer has created an environmentally friendly tire by using a modern rubber compound in its construction. The Goodyear UltraGrip Performance G1 has a strong and lightweight internal structure that ensures low rolling resistance, which translates into lower fuel consumption, longer mileage and less CO2 emissions. UltraGrip Performance G1 includes 38 sizes for medium and larger vehicles, in a range ranging from widths between 195-255 mm, cross-section between 40 to 65 and diameters from 15 to 19 inches. From
