Description
The Michelin Latitude Sport AO are summer tyres developed as the first equipment on some of the most prestigious models of the manufacturer Audi (mention AO), offering high performance in all conditions of the warm season until late autumn. These Michelin Latitude Sport tyres offer superior traction on dry and wet roads, excellent handling when cornering. The asymmetrical profile and dual tread compounds of these summer tyres are inspired by those of the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tyres. It consists of a hybrid silicon-carbon blend to the outside of the shoulder of these Michelin tyres, continuing transversely on the tread to increase grip on land, while Silicon is infiltrated inside the shoulder of these Michelin Latitude Sport tyres to increase traction and safety during rain. The wide circumferential grooves of these tyres and the lateral notches help water evacuation to increase traction on wet roads while the large blocks arranged laterally on the shoulder and the intermediate ribs improve steering response and cornering stability. The internal structure of these tyres includes two high-strength steel belts, additionally reinforced by optimised calibration, with individual filaments with hybrid nylon. These features increase the resistance at high speeds and the carcass life of these Michelin tyres. The MICHELIN little man, following a survey conducted by the Financial Times, was voted the Best Symbol of the Century. The famous mascot imagined by the MICHELIN brothers and designed by the artist OGalop has gone through MICHELIN history and is constantly being modernized. Through summer tires or winter tires, MICHELIN wanted to meet customer expectations due to their performance and quality. Among the many innovations, MICHELIN introduced radial technology for lower fuel consumption and better stability. What customers are saying
