The Riken AllSeason is a budget tyre launched in 2019 by Michelin. Benefiting from a fish-bone tread pattern created in Europe, the tyre offers a unique look. Based on Michelin experience and technologies, Riken AllSeason tyres ensure safe driving and comfort in all seasons, with optimal braking on wet or dry asphalt thanks to an optimised rubber compound that maintains the grip stability of all-season tyres over a wide range of temperatures, achieves low fuel consumption and ensures balanced performance throughout the year, whether in summer or winter. The Riken company was founded in 1917 in Japan, operating as a chemical research company. It began producing tyres for its local market in 1956. Starting with 1970 it began to export its models both in the USA and in Europe, attracting the interest of Michelin and becoming a subsidiary of the Michelin Group in 1992. Riken AllSeason tires are produced at the Tigar Tires factory in Pirot, Sebia, a subsidiary of the Michelin Group. Riken AllSeason tyres are initially available in 12 sizes, with widths between 155-225 mm, 80 to 40 series, diameters from 13 to 18 inches and speed ratings T, H, V and W, and in 2020 they will be completed with 10 other sizes, with widths between 155-205 mm, series 70 to 55, diameters from 13 to 16 inches and speed ratings T, H and V.cu other 11 sizes, with widths between 155-205 mm, series 55 to 80, diameters from 13 to 16 inches and speed ratings H, T and V. The tire manufacturer MICHELIN sells under its own license a brand of economical tires accessible to any driver. With a modern tread pattern with perfect grip for both the three summer and winter tyre models, the RIKEN brand continues its international expansion.
