CONTINENTAL ContiPremiumContact are highly balanced summer tyres with a long service life and particularly good results on wet roads. These Continental tyres benefit from bionic technology, which means safer braking. These ContiPremiumContact tyres act like a cat's paw, widening when braking, thus having a larger braking surface and more efficient braking force than a conventional tyre. When driving normally, these summer tyres retain their size unchanged, providing increased protection against aquaplaning. The asymmetrical tread offers comfort and safety through the closed outer shoulder, with a solid tread pattern that ensures very good cornering stability, precise handling and reduced rolling noise. The outer shoulder has a larger contact surface with the roadway, which offers exceptional grip and braking characteristics. Good protection against aquaplaning and good braking on dry roads are provided by the central area of the tread. The wider grooves in this area and the inclined grooves produce good drainage in the central part of the contact footprint with the road.
