With the passage of time, the cars built are stronger and need high-performance summer tyres that can hold the new generations of engines in check. The tread of the new GOODYEAR Eagle F1 Asymmetric tyre line uses a technology that consists of the presence of the compound also used for the manufacture of racing tyres, a compound that combines black carbon (to enjoy increased traction on dry roads) with Silicon (a compound that increases the grip of this line of tyres in summer in the rain and a new generation of polymers that optimise the stiffness of the tread. This composition recipe together with the asymmetrical pattern sets new levels of grip on any type of wet or dry road.
