Summer tyre KUMHO Ecowing ES31 215/65 R16 98 H - C C 70 B

Description

Consumers have different priorities when replacing car tires. Price will always be a key factor, but while some drivers want optimal grip, others are looking for minimal wear (or long tread life). However, more and more are choosing tires with low rolling resistance, thus saving money at the pump and therefore also on the world's natural resources. The KUMHO Ecowing ES31 tire is designed with an ecological philosophy, using environmentally friendly compounds in its construction and to reduce a car's fuel consumption. The summer tyre with an asymmetrical tread profile, the Ecowing ES31 is characterised by reliable handling and traction, improved wet grip technology and improved handling performance in both wet and dry road conditions. Other bonuses of the Ecowing ES31's innovative asymmetrical rubber design include four wide drainage channels for quick and efficient removal of water from the contact spot area and reduced risk of aquaplaning and aerodynamically designed shoulders to improve air resistance, along with dimples on the inner flank for heat dissipation. With sizes ranging from 155 / 65R14 to 225 / 55R17, the ECOWING ES31 can be fitted to the vast majority of small and medium-sized hatchbacks, sedans and station wagons. Founded in 1960, KUMHO produced its first tire in 1961. 15 years later, the company had more than 1 million tires produced in Korea, and in 1992 KUMHO joined the top 10 tire manufacturers globally. With factories in Korea, China and Vietnam, the KUMHO brand continues to be the leading company in this sector in Korea and to enter new markets with its range of tires.
