How to buy
The ordering process on Anvelopenoi.shop is simple, quick and intuitive. Follow the steps below to place an order under the best conditions.
1. Selecting the products you want
Choose the product you want and click the ‘Add to basket’ button. You’ll be automatically redirected to the ‘Shopping basket’ page.
- View the products you have added
- Adjust the quantities
- Remove products
- Clear your basket completely
To continue shopping, click ‘Continue shopping’.
2. Delivery details
To complete your order, click ‘Place order’.
If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account. This takes about 1–2 minutes.
If your billing address is different from your delivery address, select ‘Add a new billing address’.
3. Finalising your order
Before submitting your order, please check all the details you have entered carefully.
- Select your preferred payment method
- Check the delivery and billing addresses
- Fill in the ‘Order comments’ field (optional)
- Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click ‘Submit order’
Depending on your order and delivery address, you may be asked to choose a delivery method. Costs are displayed before you complete your order.
4. Available payment methods
- Cash on delivery – full payment upon delivery
- Online card payment – secure 3D Secure processing
- Payment by bank transfer (OP)
- Payment in instalments via TBI Bank – 4 interest-free instalments or 6–60 fixed instalments
5. Payment in instalments via TBI Bank
IMPORTANT: Please only finalise the loan after confirming with us by telephone.
For purchases up to 2,000 lei:
- 4 fixed instalments
- 0% interest
- No card issued
For purchases over 2,000 lei:
- Fixed instalments throughout the contract period
- Between 6 and 60 months
- 100% online process
Steps for paying in instalments:
- Select your products and add them to your basket
- Select the ‘TBI Bank’ payment method
- Fill in your details on the secure TBI Bank platform
- Verify your identity using your ID card and sign electronically
- Receive a response within a few minutes
