2. Conclusion of the contract
The distance contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by a representative of Anvelopenoi.shop. An automatic email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

4. Delivery
Delivery is made by express courier within 24–72 hours, depending on product availability and the delivery area.
5. Warranties
Products are covered by a statutory guarantee in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 140/2021. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly or misuse.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in new condition, with no signs of assembly. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
7. Payment in instalments via TBI Bank
7.1. General terms
Payment in instalments is available exclusively to individuals resident in Romania.
7.2. Responsibilities
- The credit agreement is concluded between the customer and TBI Bank.
- Anvelopenoi.shop does not participate in the financial assessment.
- Any enquiries regarding instalments should be addressed directly to TBI Bank.
7.3. Returns of products purchased in instalments
In the event of a return, a refund will be issued in accordance with TBI Bank’s procedures.
7.4. Online payment in instalments via TBI Bank
IMPORTANT! Please only finalise the loan after receiving telephone confirmation from us.
For purchases up to 2,000 lei:
- 0% interest
- 4 equal instalments
- No card issued
For purchases over 2,000 lei:
- Fixed instalments throughout the contract period
- Between 6 and 60 months
- No need to visit the bank

- Fill in your details, verify your identity using your ID card and sign the documents electronically

9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be settled amicably. Failing that, the matter shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
