Tyres Only offers UK‑wide delivery. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 working days but may vary.

Same‑day collection in Aylesbury is available for selected products, subject to stock and order confirmation.

Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather or external factors are outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the tyres have not been used, fitted or damaged.

Returned tyres must be in their original condition. Used or mounted tyres cannot be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after inspection of returned goods.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If a tyre is defective, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
