Description
Michelin Pilot Super Sport BMW are UHP summer tyres used for powerful cars, and the great car manufacturer BMW certifies these Michelin tyres as the best for its cars. The specially developed high-performance version combines top sports qualities with appropriate everyday use. Since 1986 when the first generation of the BMW M3 appeared, Michelin and the German developer have been strategic partners, since then Michelin has equipped all vehicles in the M series. Three innovative technologies ensure Michelin Pilot Super Sport for an excellent balance between safety and driving pleasure, resulting in a high-performance tyre. High-strength aramid-aramid fibers are characterized by high density and tensile strength. The material is strong and yet lightweight compared to steel: aramid fiber has the same weight but is 5 times stronger. The fibers prevent a change in the shape of the tire due to centrifugal forces at high speeds, so the load is distributed over the entire tread, which improves the overall performance of the tire. Dual-Compound technology was originally developed for racing tires and is characterized by the arrangement of different compounds on the tread and shoulder of these tires in summer. Contact Patch 2.0 is a technology developed for these Pilot Super Sport tires that during driving vary differently in curves, resulting in the increase of the contact spot of the tire in corners as if it were running in a straight line. Michelin Pilot Super Sport is sold only in two sizes, namely 18 inches and 19 inches and the widths are 255 mm and 275 mm respectively. The story of the MICHELIN tire manufacturer begins in 1891 when a cyclist came to the factory to get aWhat customers are saying
