MICHELIN Pilot Super Sport 285/35 R19 99 Y RunFlat D C 73 B Summer Tyre

Description

The leading tyre manufacturer Michelin has developed the new line of Pilot Super Sport performance summer tyres, tyres born from racing endurance, giving you the safest driving conditions in extreme conditions on any wet or dry road. These Michelin tyres offer up to 12 percent better handling conditions than its competitors and up to 100 percent longer life. The composition of these tyres contains a variable contact compound, version 2 improved for a more durable ride. Compared to its competitors, the Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyre model determines a shorter braking distance both in dry and rainy weather, thanks to the bi-compound distributed as follows: the outer part of the tread of these tyres in summer enjoys a new elastomer additive with carbon black, the result of participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans to generate optimal resistance in corners. On the inside, on the inside, the latest generation of elastomers offers exceptional grip on wet circuits, an innovation that helps to break the water film. The variable compound second version provides superior levels of traction, whether accelerating in a straight line or cornering at speed. When cornering, the shape of the contact surface of this tyre model with the road changes, with the amount of rubber in contact with the ground remaining the same. The new generation of MICHELIN Pilot Super Sport tyres enjoys the latest computer simulation applications used in the aeronautics and automotive industries. All this is possible thanks to the compound in the outer shoulder equipped with state-of-the-art elastomers for wet surfaces and that on the inner shoulder. Internally, the Twaron belt provides increased stability at highway speeds. The variable tension of this belt keeps the tread center stiffer than the shoulders, so the centrifugal force is better controlled and
